Please avoid cancelling within 24 hours of your appointment where possible. We understand life can get in the way and urgent events pop up — but please give us plenty of notice if you need to cancel so we are able to fill the spot. Genuine reasons for cancellation on the day will always be considered.
Please note: Cancellations include last-minute rescheduling of appointments. If you need to move your appointment, the same timeframes and charges apply.
