Order Processing

All orders received on business days, Tuesday to Friday, will be dispatched within 2- 3 days subject to volume. Any orders received over the weekend or public holidays will be dispatched within the same timeframe. We will always try and ship your order in full however if a product goes out of stock while your order is processing, we will be in contact to best meet your delivery needs.

Delivery Fees

  • Free Delivery nationwide on all orders over $80.00 NZD
  • Delivery Fee Under $80.00 NZD is $9.99

We are sorry, we do not ship outside of New Zealand. We ship from Hamilton and all orders are shipped with NZ Post.

Delivery Timeframes

Once your order has been dispatched, please allow 2 – 5 days for delivery, rural delivery may take a further 2 days. While we don’t charge additional fees for dangerous goods, please beware these can delay delivery timeframes by up to 8 days when courier volumes are high. All shipping indications on this site are based on average shipping times for the stated product and where customers have supplied all their correct shipping information. Shout Collective endeavour to meet these shipping schedules but will not be held responsible for any delays due to incomplete shipping information or delayed courier deliveries.

Weather, promotional periods, public holidays and delivery network issues can all cause delivery delays.
